Olivier Proulx

Olivier Proulx is the Chief Technology Officer and co-founder of ChargeHub. A recognized leader in EV software architecture, he spearheaded North America’s first independent roaming hub transaction, which laid the foundation for ChargeHub’s Passport Hub—now the leading platform with over 250 live roaming connections. In November 2024, he led the first complete end-to-end Plug & Charge (P&C) demonstration over roaming in North America at the CharIN Testival.

With a B.Eng. in Computer Engineering and an M.Eng. in Hybrid Vehicle Control Systems from McGill University, Olivier brings deep expertise in EV charging standards (ISO 15118, OCPI) and secure, scalable system design. He is a contributor to the EV Roaming Foundation and a driving force behind ChargeHub’s technical strategy, enabling seamless EV driver experiences and accelerating interoperability across the industry.
